Spirit of the Rose is a Holistic Healing Center located in the heart of Norman, OK.
I offer Private Yoga lessons, Functional Strength Training, Spiritual Counseling & Mentorship, Holistic Wellness Coaching, Ayurvedic Counseling, Flower Essence Therapy & Crystal Bed Therapy.
Spirit of the Rose is rooted in Living the Beauty Way… which is an expression of living one’s life anchored in the heart. Seeing our lives from the lens of our Souls & integrating our Divinity into our Humanity.
Living the Beauty Way is about Remembering what really matters in life… and allowing a simpler embodiment & understanding of the Ancient One’s, our ancestors, into the busyness of our modern day lives.
It is about filtering & emptying out what truly does not serve us so that we may find a greater peace & truth that lies within. To practice the Art of Surrender… the Art of Letting Go…
Living the Beauty Way is a way of walking, breathing & living life with conscious intention of aligning harmoniously with all of Life. Being in harmony with all of your relations, the Divine & natural world.
Underneath the many distractions of this time, the false responsibilities & expectations we project upon ourselves lies the Light of our Love, our Soul.
I offer a wide variety of healing therapies to weave healing through the essence of The Beauty Way into my clients lives, hearts, minds, bodies & Soul’s.
I have been a seeker of the Divine and in search of healing the great pains and wounds of my childhood & early adulthood ever since I can remember.
Although, there were many times I wanted to give up something in me believed in healing… that one day I too could find peace in my heart and joy in my life.
The deep ache I carried for decades of my life and my persistent motivation to find relief led me to the many studies and certifications I now hold.
My trauma is my service….
I have walked the path of pain, trauma and deep wounding on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. I have been born, lived, died and resurrected many times within this life.
I believe that my personal path of healing is what allows me to embody and offer wise counsel, support, and successful healing to those that I am blessed to serve today.
I have healed my body of a 25 year autoimmune condition, I have healed much of my emotional, mental & energy bodies programs & wounds that accumulated from the impact of 30 years of trauma… and am and will always continue to heal… I embody the wisdom of healing as I learned how to become my own healer after unsuccessfully seeking out healing from doctors, therapists, and holistic practitioners. I believe that our own best healer lives within our own hearts and bodies. And most simply need guidance to resource their own healer from within. I am that guide.
I trust and know deeply within my heart, that if I can heal as much as I have and find peace and ease in life, you can too…

I am an Ordained Reverend of the Metaphysical Ministry, B.Msc., a certified E-RYT 500 hr Yoga Teacher, a 600 hr Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Woman Rising Certified Flower Essence Therapist, Goddess Rising Moon Temple Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner & a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
I embody 25 years of experience in sharing Yoga & various healing arts.
Expressing the anatomy of the Soul through my various offerings I strive to live my life in service as devotion.
I am am interdisciplinary Yogini and a modern day medicine woman.
I am honored to share the wisdom transmissions that I have received as a mirror to others healing & transformation.
I feel privileged to weave the ancient traditions of the lineages I have studied into my constantly evolving offerings.
And I am devoted to expanding my embodied knowledge through my commitment to my personal rituals & daily practices.
